How to get a refund
We refund a payment only if none of its credits have been spent — then all the Stars come back.
If any part has been spent, there is no refund: Telegram refunds a Stars payment only as a whole.
Steps
- Write /paysupport in the bot or email hello@trofey.app
- Include the payment date and the amount in Stars
- If that payment's credits are unspent, we return all the Stars
