Before buying a used phone, check its IMEI at trofey.app/en/imei: the page looks the number up in the National Police open register of wanted items on data.gov.ua.

The model shows after the first 8 digits. The answer is a fact about the register with the data date, never an accusation of the seller; «not wanted» does not prove the phone is clean. The number itself is never stored.
