What this is
Trofey is an alert service: we show public marketplace listings priced below the market and work out the saving. We are not the seller, not an intermediary and not a party to the deal.
The deal is yours
The market price is a guide for the segment; the buyer checks the condition of the actual device. Risk filters lower the risk but are not a guarantee. We are not responsible for the goods, the seller's actions or the outcome of a deal. The service is provided «as is»: there are breaks — failures, maintenance, changes on the marketplaces.
Payment
You pay for days of access (in credits), not per listing. Credits are bought with Telegram Stars: in the bot (/topup — top up, /subscribe — monthly plan) or in the mini app wallet. Purchased credits never expire. Monthly-plan credits arrive every 30 days, last until the end of that period and are spent first; you can cancel the plan any time — the current period's credits stay until it ends, and its Stars are not refunded. A click, a view or taking a find costs nothing.
Refunds
Only a whole payment can be refunded: write to hello@trofey.app or use /paysupport in the bot. All credits from that payment then leave the balance, even ones already spent — the balance can go negative, and watching pauses until it is topped up. We handle in-bot payments ourselves: Telegram support cannot help with them.
Fair play
We do not promise you will be the only one who sees a listing — which is exactly why we show how many people watch a position.
What is not allowed
Bulk-downloading the site, API or bot around the limits, reselling access to finds, posing as Trofey, using the service for fraud. For that we may restrict access.
Age
If you are under 18, buy credits only with a parent's permission.
Listing photos and text
They belong to the sellers and the marketplaces. We show them so you can judge a listing, and remove them at the rights holder's request — write to hello@trofey.app.
Data licence
The market prices we publish on the site, in the open API and over MCP are free to use. One condition: credit Trofey and link the page the number is published on. This does not cover listing photos and text — they are not ours — or the IMEI registry data, which the National Police and the Ministry of Internal Affairs publish under CC BY 4.0 with their own attribution condition.
Early access
The service is growing: plans and features may change; we announce anything material in the bot in advance. Credits you already bought are not affected by price changes.
Claims and disputes
Send a claim to hello@trofey.app — we answer within 30 days. These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine; if we cannot agree, a court decides.
