Is it free?

There is no free trial: watching is paid for with credits from your wallet. Without paying you can check an IMEI, value a phone on the site and see yesterday's finds on the site.

Can I watch several models at once?

Yes, as many as you like: there is no limit on positions, only your balance. A position is a model, its storage and its condition together; each position has only a few seats, and the mini app shows how many are left.

Is the bot only in Ukrainian?

Yes, for now the bot speaks Ukrainian; other languages may come later. The site is in Ukrainian, Russian and English.

When do new categories arrive?

The plan is on the Roadmap; in the bot every upcoming category has a «tell me when it opens» button.

What arrives in Telegram and how to read it.

Why did I get a listing I had already seen?

For one of three reasons: the seller cut the price noticeably, and the card says so; they deleted the listing and posted it again, which the marketplace treats as new; or they rewrote it for a different phone. A listing that was merely bumped is never sent again.

Why put 👎 on a find?

If something is off with a listing — bait, a suspicious seller, a carrier lock, rSIM — long-press the card and pick 👎. We review those listings and fix the filters for everyone. The reaction does not change what you receive.

What does «trust» on a card mean?

It is our estimate of how much the listing looks like an honest sale, from low to high, with a score out of a hundred. Next to it: the seller's rating and how many reviews they have.

I paid, but the credits did not arrive

The bot will say the payment arrived and that we will add it by hand or return the Stars. If nothing changes within a day, write to /paysupport. If the invoice had expired, no money is taken at all.

Do the plans differ in anything but credits?

No, only in how many credits a month they carry. A plan does not limit positions or categories: phones, tablets and consoles work on any of them.

I cancelled my subscription. Do I get the month back?

No: a cancelled subscription runs to the end of the paid month with all its credits, and the Stars for it are not returned. A refund is a separate request through /paysupport if its credits are unspent, and it cancels the plan.

How do I pay?

With Telegram Stars: in the bot (/topup for any amount, /subscribe for a monthly plan) or in the mini app wallet. No Stars yet? Telegram offers to buy them right in the payment window. Top-up credits never expire; a plan's credits last until the end of the month and are spent first. Prices are under Pricing.

Can I get a refund?

We refund a payment only if none of its credits have been spent — then all the Stars come back. If any part has been spent, there is no refund: Telegram refunds a Stars payment only as a whole. Write to hello@trofey.app or send /paysupport in the bot, with the date and the amount in Stars. We handle payments made in the bot ourselves: Telegram support cannot help with them.

If I block the bot, does the charging stop?

Yes, but not at once: the bot learns about the block when the next card fails to arrive, and charges nothing from that day on. Blocking does not cancel a Telegram subscription; that is done in /subscribe. Safer to press /pause first.

How do I reset everything and start over?

/reset deletes your filters only. The balance, the subscription and Autosearch stay, and Autosearch keeps charging daily until you switch it off in /deals.

Can I get fewer alerts?

You cannot set your own hourly limit yet: one limit applies to everyone, and cards beyond it are not sent, the best deals first. To get fewer, use /pause, quiet days and silent hours.
